Your eating is 75% of how you lose weight. You need to focus on your eating even more seriously than you do your workouts. You need to know how to eat to lose weight.

Losing weight is a combination of eating the right foods that dont cause inflammations, are lower in calories, and that are more naturally produced. Following these basic guidelines gets you on the right path of how to eat to lose weight.
Inflammatory foods are the number one reason most of us dont get the results we seek when losing weight. You may ask how are they inflammatory. Well if you keep eating them your body is going have a hard time fighting off diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease.
The main 4 inflammatory foods are sugar, dairy, wheat/gluten, and artificial sweetners/preservatives. Think about it, how often do you eat food containing those 4 ingredients in a day?

Eating foods with lower calories is tough and its even tougher if you eat out. Preparing your own food is most of the time the best options because restaurant foods (fast food or not) are LOADED with extra calories. Yes even subway subs, by the time you add on all that other good stuff they have that goes on their subs, you may almost double the calories. Also remember to avoid the inflammatory foods, so what does that mean for low calories foods? NO DIET FOODS OR DRINKS. They may be called diet but they are far from being healthy. Dont believe me? Try reading some of the ingredients on your "diet" foods and drinks. If you run across words you cant pronounce then you probably shouldn't consume it.
You want to consume foods and drinks that are more naturally produced. Foods you get from the ground, not from a box or can. Buy fresh foods, shop along the outer edges of the grocery store, eat minimally processed foods, avoid anything you can just heat in the microwave and then eat.
