Fitness Advice - What is fitness to you? Is fitness losing those unwanted pounds? Is fitness losing your gut. Making my flabby thighs go away. Losing your saddlebags. Getting rid of your spare tire. Losing 10 more pounds so I can fit into my wedding dress. Getting my pre baby body back. Looking like I did when I was 20. Looking healthy. Having energy to finish my day. Being able to run 5 miles. Being in shape so I can play sports I love. Being able to walk around with my grandchildren. Having ripped abs. Fitness is being as skinny as a supermodel. Not being fat anymore. Fitness is, me going to the gym everyday. My crash diet I go on to lose 40 lbs in 2 months. Wearing my skinny jeans. My doctor told me to exercise or I may have a heart attack. I have diabetes and need to exercise. What I do to relax. How I blow off steam. I need to lose weight so my husband will want to have sex with me. My insurance won't pay for stomach surgery so I gotta try to lose it another way. I am becoming a vegetarian so I can stay skinny. Fitness is looking good for the beach this summer. I have osteoporosis and need to help ease the pain. I have ED and my doctor said it will help. I dont want to be the fat kid anymore. I wanna lose 100 lbs fast. I need attention so I go to the gym in skimpy clothes. I am skinny but need definition. I need to get bulked up like the guys in the magazines. My friends all go to the gym so I will too. Yoga helps me in everyday life. I have to workout daily or I will be cranky. I want to live till I'm 100. I want to live better.
